The ecosystem provides many benefits for humans, including water which is vital for all forms of life on earth. I envision a world where people intervene to raise awareness in bringing clean and unpolluted water. Not just individuals, but also big corporations need to invest their time and resources to ensure that they are not consuming unnecessary water. Companies such as Nestlé, who have been extracting water from indigenous lands in Canada without consent, should be publicly exploited and public awareness should be raised so that these companies cannot take advantage of small communities. It is not only individuals that caused the world to come to a water crisis. The everyone should be able to publicly know the actions of big companies and there should be awareness raised so that people can be more educated in how different parties contribute to the water crisis today.

Hello Eunee! I think you raise a lot of important points in your post. I also agree that corporations need to change for large scale differences to be made.
Fun fact: I just learned from Danielle's post on here that there's a World Water Day held on March 22nd this year to raise awareness about the managing freshwater as a resource in a more sustainable way. Unfortunately the other commenters and myself didn't know this day even existed- so you're totally right that this topic needs more exposure and awareness!!
Hi Eunee, I really like how you gave a specific example and applied it towards indigenous rights for water. Water crisis needs to end now by targeting big companies to implement water awareness.
